I offer private in-person sessions in Hailsham, online or via phone which take place at an agreed time, usually weekly.
I offer a 20-minute introductory call, to establish and understand the support you are looking for, explain how Person-Centred and Experiential Therapy works and what I can offer in the therapeutic relationship.
The initial session is for 1 hour, with all further sessions being 50 minutes. Depending on what you are looking to explore and achieve, the number of sessions and flexibility are tailored to your individual needs. I offer extended 1½ hour sessions on request.
£50 for 50 minutes face to face, online or phone sessions.
£75 for 1½ hours.

I politely request payment on the day of the session, via bank transfer (BACS) or in cash.
